Determine origin of leak
If the leak is coming from your neighbors, attempt to make contact with them immediately to stop any further damage. Also, make sure to get their contact information including their insurance information. If you are unable to make contact with them, contact your management team to help assist you.
Contact Your Insurance Company
Even if the leak is originating from your neighbor, contact your insurance company as soon as possible to report the claim.
